Schlage BE468 keypad deadbolt assembly with Z-Wave, model # 24529380.  Polished brass finish.  Ships as shown, missing one of the screws that connects the inside unit to the door backing plate, otherwise complete.

Physical unit and keypad are in working condition.  Z-Wave used to work but we updated our Homeseer software and could not get it to connect after that, and it began using up batteries much faster than it previously had.
