Horstman EXPD-A clutch drum, to fit Horstman HPV100 / IAME Komet KPV100.  Used in good working condition.  The disc engagement grooves show very light grooving (see photo).  The 11T #219 sprocket shows ~50% worn / ~50% life remaining.
